Payday Advance

The Payday Advance feature allows members to access their direct deposits early. Once a pending ACH deposit is visible, it can be posted to the account.

Instructions for Mobile App:

  1. Open the app and log in to your account
  2. If you have a pending deposit, you will see the message “You have pending deposits”.
  3. Click REVIEW.
  4. Click on the pending deposit
  5. Click POST NOW
  6. Choose an account from where you want the $25.00 fee to be withdrawn.
  7. If you do not have the funds available to pay the fee, it will take out of your pending deposit.
  8. Click ACCEPT FEE AND POST

Instructions for Website:

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Click the MEMBER SERVICES tab at the top of the screen
  3. Click on ACH TRANSACTIONS
  4. If you have a pending deposit, then you will see the message “Some of your pending transactions are able to be posted early!”.
  5. Click the POST NOW button.
  6. Choose an account from where you want the $25.00 fee to be withdrawn.
  7. If you do not have the funds available to pay the fee, it will take out of your pending deposit. 
  8. Click ACCEPT FEE AND POST
